BOOM.

Today I was walking through Shorditch and walked past a shop that was definitely empty the last time I saw it. Although admittedly I have not been in London for a while. Anyway this time it was not empty at all and seemed to have been hit by an unexpected bomb.
Yarn Bombing seems to be a mad craze in the knitters world and I must say I laaaav it. I have heard of Yarn Bombing before briefly but never really looked into it, so when I got home I did get what you may call a tad excited and demanded Google to tell me everything and anything about it. I must say she was actually very helpful. I found out that they even have Yarn Bombing festivals (odd i know) but pretty cool. Might even go and create a few bombs myself.
Walking down the street and coming across a lamp post or a railing covered in knit or crochet (although without sounding rude, maybe slightly pointless) it would no doubt brighten up my day. Such fun way to brighten up the city and the boring things that we are made to look at everyday. :)

Some photos I took this afternoon from the shop window :)

Other Bombs....
